Our Process
Step One - Inquiry & Custom Proposal
Step Two - Design & Planning
Step Three - Wedding Day Installation
Submit your inquiry and within 72 hours you’ll receive a custom floral proposal tailored to your wedding vision. We’ll then meet to review the design together and refine any details.
Once your proposal is accepted and the retainer is secured—reserving a full week of Bloom Lab design services—we begin the creative process through your Floral Design Journal and a venue visit to capture photos for thoughtful floral mockups and placement planning.
On your wedding day, a member(s) of The Bloom Lab team will be on site to install, style, and thoughtfully repurpose florals throughout your celebration so everything feels seamless, luxurious, and completely taken care of.
